Started way back in 2014 - yes nearly 10 years - originally a level two responder. Upgraded to a level three in 2018. Originally involved with fundraising and community awareness - progressed to group Co- Ordinator about five years ago.

How long have you been a Responder? - 10 years
Why did you become a Responder? - Wanted to put something back into the community
Did you have any training before coming a Responder? - First Aider at work for a number of years - Full training given by East Midlands Ambulance Service
What is your favourite thing about Responding? - Making a difference to people when they need the help the most
What advice would you give to yourself if you could go back to the day after your training?
